HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Promotion, you must obtain, while supplies last, one (1) of the eighty one million (81,000,000) free unique Promotion Codes (each a "Code") and enter your Code online as follows:

a) How to obtain a Code: There are two (2) ways to obtain a free code:

i) jcpenney store: To obtain a Code at a jcpenney store, you must visit a participating jcpenney store during store hours during the Promotion Period and request a free, specially marked buttons, each of which have a Code on the back of the button from a store employee.

ii) By Mail: To request a Code via mail, you must hand-print your full name, age, state of residence, and e-mail address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, insert it into a No. 10 business-sized envelope and mail it to:

Mail-in Code requests must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by December 18, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) Code request per outer mailing envelope.

Participation/Gift Limit: Limit two (2) plays per day per person/authorized e-mail account holder/Facebook account holder.Limit one (1) Grand Prize Gift (as described in Rule #4) per person/authorized e-mail account holder/Facebook account holder.

Grand Prize Gifts: The following Grand Prize Gifts will be awarded during the Promotion Period:

i) One hundred thirty one(131) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gifts (one hundred (100) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gifts will be available on November 23, 2012 and one (1) Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gift will be available each day of the Promotion Period from November 24, 2012 through December 24, 2012): A vacation for the winner and up to three (3) guests to New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Washington, D.C., or Yellowstone. Vacation consists of:Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and up to three (3) guests to the destination selected by the winner; four (4) nights' hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in up to two (2) double-occupancy rooms, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel; and $1,000, awarded in the form of a corporate check to only the winner, which is intended to assist with the cost of admission(s) to local attractions.The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Great American Vacation Grand Prize Gift is $8,000.

Three(3) "Ellen" Grand Prize Gifts will be made available on November 23, 2012 only: A vacation for the winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA for a taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Vacation consists of:Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest; four (4) nights' hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in up to one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and to and from the hotel and the "Ellen" show taping; two (2) VIP tickets to a taping of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" (dates, times, seat locations, and all other aspects of the tickets are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and $4,000, awarded in the form of a corporate check to the winner only.The ARV of each "Ellen" Grand Prize Gift is $8,000.

e-Gift Card Gifts: The following e-gift cards will be awarded during the Promotion Period. e-gift card gifts will be fulfilled electronically via e-mail within forty eight (48) hours following the e-gift card gift winner claiming their gift to the e-mail address indicated on the potential winner's Gift Claim form. Return of any gift as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of gift. All e-gift card gifts are subject to the terms and conditions of the e-gift card, which will be provided upon delivery.

All holiday certificate gifts are subject to the terms and conditions of the holiday certificate, which will be provided upon delivery.
