Rules: 1. ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C.") WHO RESIDE IN AND ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE U.S. OR D.C.; WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY; WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE NOVEMBER 27 SLEEP NUMBER SLEEP BETTER CHAT occurring on Twitter or the Sleep Number® Facebook page ("Join Our Chat") on November 27, 2012 from 2 p.m. CT-3 p.m. CT using the Sleep Number hash tag (#sleepnumber) ("The Chat"); who fill out the corresponding entry form on www.beds.com. Employees or agents of Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, representatives, divisions, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies; and their immediate families and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or to win the Sweepstakes. For purposes of these rules, "immediate families" means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, step-parents, step siblings, stepchildren, and the spouses of each of the foregoing. Only one prize will be awarded per household each year.

HOW TO ENTER: ENTER ONLINE at http://beds.com/fan-community/the...weepstakes by following the onscreen instructions and filling out the entry form completely during the Sweepstakes Period AND participate in The Chat on November 27, 2012, from 2-3 p.m. CT using the #sleepnumber hash tag on Twitter.com or Facebook.com. To participate on Twitter, you must have an active account on that site. Sponsor or Sponsor's representative will verify that entrants completed the Sweepstakes entry and participated in The Chat as required to determine eligibility and retain the exclusive right to do so. For the purposes of this sweepstakes, participation is defined as retweeting a post or making an original, appropriate comment using the #sleepnumber hash tag. Entrants will be disqualified if the comment/s they make are deemed by the Sponsor to be offensive or inappropriate. Entrants may participate as often as they wish, but will only be allowed one (1) eligible entry per person. Entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete entries, or for technical issues experienced by the entrant. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be acknowledged and will not be included in the Sweepstakes drawing.
