Sweepstakes begins on or after 12:01 a.m.. EST on 11/26/12 and ends at 12:00 a.m. Midnight EST on 12/31/12.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
There are three methods of entry:
1) Online entry - www.churchs.com/win
2) Download and print an entry form from churchs.com/win and thereafter complete and submit by mail, or
3) Print name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), date of birth and CHURCH'S CHICKEN® FAMILY FUN GIVEAWAY on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. For methods 2) and 3), insert entry form or 3" x 5" paper in a business size (#10) envelope and mail to "Church's Chicken® Family Fun Giveaway" – 318 Sandy Springs Circle, Atlanta, GA 30328. All entries must be postmarked by 12/31/12.
Limit 1 entry per person per day (12:00 a.m. Midnight EST – 11:59 p.m. EST) regardless of method of entry. Any person who attempts to participate in this Sweepstakes with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the above limitation will be disqualified. Entries made via entry method 1) must be manually key-stroked; entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. For entries made via entry methods 2) and 3), there is a limit of one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.
(1) GRAND PRIZE: A 6 day Caribbean Cruise aboard the Carnival Breeze, departing from/returning to port in Miami, FL. Cruise package includes Deluxe Ocean View for Winner and up to 3 additional guests. Excludes gratuities. Just 4 Fun will provide winner and guests with round trip coach air travel from major commercial airport near winner's residence to Miami, FL (airports selected at Sponsor's sole discretion) and ground transfers between Miami airport and port in Miami. Cruise must be booked from June 3, 2013 – December 15, 2013; excludes Thanksgiving (November 28, 2013). Winner must provide at least 60 days' advanced notice prior to selected date of cruise; selected cruise date is subject to approval by Sponsor and Carnival Cruise Lines in their sole discretion. Average or Approximate Retail Value: $8,500.
(5,000) FIRST PRIZES: Sponsor's choice of Hasbro Family Board Game. Approximate Retail Value $13.55 each.
Prize Pool Total Approximate Retail Value: $76,250. Limit of one (1) prize per family/household/address.
