Eligibility: Mystery Bean Sweepstakes 2013 (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Jelly Belly Candy Company, ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing: The Promotion begins on December 5 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit the Jelly Belly Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/JellyBelly) and click on the "Mystery Bean Sweepstakes" application. If you do not already "like" the Jelly Belly page, you must first click on the "like" button in order to access the application. Once you enter the application, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. If you have a unique purchase code, click on "Mystery Flavor Sweepstakes," enter your code, and guess the mystery flavor. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win $10,000 and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. If you do not have a unique purchase code, you will advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. You may enter additional codes, but you will only receive one (1) Instant Win Game play upon registration. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game.

Sweepstakes Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter the Sweepstakes without a code, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), your mystery flavor guess and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Mystery Bean Sweepstakes," c/o ePrize, Inc., Department 592055, PO Box 5046, Kalamazoo MI, 49003-5046, U.S.A. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by July 31, 2013 and received by August 7, 2013.

Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time during the Promotion Period, but may enter the Sweepstakes as many times as they want during the Promotion Period through either method of entry.
