Sweepstakes will start at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 26, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2012.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE BOTH (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND (B) AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE.
THERE ARE TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER:

Sixteen (16) Grand Prize Packages: Grand Prizes consist of a collection of Martha Stewart products and holiday-themed gifts. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize package is $150.
Total ARV of all prizes is $2400. Limit one (1) prize per household.
