SUBWAY® “12 DAYS OF THANKS!” SWEEPSTAKES ( FB Users) US 13+ 12/12/12

PRIZES: Each Prize consists of a $20 SUBWAY® Card (“Prize”); terms and conditions on SUBWAY® Card apply. Prizes consist of only the item specifically listed as part of the Prize. A minimum of (144) Prizes are available (12 prizes per each of the 12 Daily Entry Periods). If the selected Participant is an Invitee, both the Originator and Invitee (each a “Winner”) will each receive a $20 SUBWAY® Card. Therefore, there is a maximum of (288) Prizes (ARV: $20 each) available (up to 24 Prizes per each of the 12 Daily Entry Periods). Limit one Prize per Participant (Originator or Invitee) per Day during the Promotion Period. The total minimum value of the Prizes available is $2,880 ($240 per Daily Entry Period) and the total maximum value of the Prizes available is $5,760 ($480 per Daily Entry Period). Prizes will be awarded via mail within 6-8 weeks from the end of the Promotion Period

ELIGIBILITY: The SUBWAY® “12 Days of Thanks!” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to eligible legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of registration and have a Facebook account (“Participant”). Employees of Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust Ltd. (“Sponsor”), SUBWAY® restaurants, Doctor's Associates Inc., Franchise World Headquarters, LLC, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
2. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 (start of day) ET on 12/1/12 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/12/12 (the “Promotion Period”). There will be twelve (12) daily entry periods (each a “Daily Entry Period” or “Day”) during the Promotion Period. A Daily Entry Period is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 (start of day) ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET each day.
During the Promotion Period, visit www.facebook.com/subway and follow the on-screen instructions to register/log in and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Participant will be required to “Like” the page in order to be able to enter the Sweepstakes.
