Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ("Midnight") Eastern Standard Time (EST) on December 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2012.
Only open to legal residents of 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (void in Quebec) who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Potential winners will be randomly selected from among all combined eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about January 7, 2013. Winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or certified mail on or about January 7, 2013.
Three (3) Grand Prizes: Gift certificates in the amount of the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the chair designed in participant's winning entry, not to exceed $1,500.00 per gift certificate. Total maximum retail value of all prizes is $4,500. All prize values are expressed in U.S. dollars.
