BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE SWEEPSTAKES: The FIAT® "Into the Green Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") consists of three separate random drawings (individually, "Drawing" and collectively, "Drawings"). The first Drawing begins on 11/30/12 at 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time ("ET") and ends 12/21/12 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Drawing #1"); the second Drawing begins on 12/22/12 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends 2/1/13 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Drawing #2"); and the third Drawing begins on 2/2/13 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends 3/15/13 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Drawing #3") (individually, a "Drawing Period" and collectively, "Drawing Periods"). Sweepstakes winners will each win a trip to attend an event designated by Sponsor, as described in Section 5 below (individually, "Prize" and collectively, "Prizes").

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Officers, directors and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, the "steps" of each and members of each of their households) of Chrysler Group LLC ("Sponsor"), Ignite Social Media ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), Mercury P&F, eShots, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, promotion and advertising agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and other individuals or entities associated with the creation, administration, implementation and execution of this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways for an individual who meets the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2 above to enter the sweepstakes (individually, "Entrant" and collectively, "Entrants"):

(A): Entry through Facebook:

To enter through Facebook, an Entrant must log on to Facebook (or create an account if s/he does not already have one), visit www.facebook.com/fiatusa (referred to as "Page") and click on the "Into the Green" tab ("Tab"). If an Entrant does not already "Like" the Page, s/he must now "Like" the Page and allow Facebook permissions in order to access the Sweepstakes. An Entrant must register by providing the required information. After an Entrant has successfully registered, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the current Drawing. An Entrant who has already registered may return to the Tab during an associated Drawing and follow the instructions to receive one (1) entry into the associated Drawing. The Sweepstakes Administrator's computer shall be the official Sweepstakes time-keeping device. Entries received in one (1) Drawing will not be carried forward to a subsequent Drawing.

Extra Entries: Each Drawing, an Entrant will have the opportunity to "Share" the Sweepstakes by clicking one of the "Share Buttons" at which time a unique URL will be created for an Entrant to post.

(B) Entry through Auto Shows:

Los Angeles, CA Auto Show : An Entrant will have the opportunity to receive one (1) entry into Drawing #1 by attending the Los Angeles Auto Show to be held in Los Angeles, CA, between the dates of 11/30/12 and 12/9/12 and registering to enter electronically on-site by following the registration instructions provided by a Chrysler representative at the eShots® photo booth table.

San Diego, CA Auto Show : An Entrant will have the opportunity to receive one (1) entry into Drawing #2 by attending the San Diego Auto Show to be held in San Diego, CA, between the dates of 12/27/12 and 12/30/12 and registering to enter electronically on-site by following the registration instructions provided by a Chrysler representative at the eShots photo booth table.

Note: If an Entrant enters through either auto show, he or she can still register for the drawing via Facebook in order to gain extra entries via the share function. However, the initial registration entry will not count or be considered an entry into a Drawing.

Entry Limit: In no event may an Entrant receive more than a total of ten (10) entries during any Drawing Period, regardless of the means by which the Entrant received his/her entries. An Entrant may use only one (1) Facebook ID to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants attempting to use multiple Facebook IDs may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries received from any individual or Facebook ID in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS OF WINNING: On or about the dates listed in the table below, the Sweepstakes Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry from among all of the eligible entries received in the associated Drawing Period. The Entrant who submitted the entry will be deemed the winner of the Prize, as described in Section 5 below (individually, "Winner" and collectively, "Winners"). All Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
