I am also so confused. I submitted online rebate form just now. It did not say anything to send by mail. At the end of the submitted form it says "Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive an update to your status" - so just sit tight and wait? Nothing to send by mail is a nice idea for consumers - but want to be sure. Thanks.

I charged it 100% after I bought it. Used it to jump start V6 Volvo SUV this morning. Worked on first try no problem. Charge indicator showed 80% afterwards.

Just got a denial on the rebate. Said "Sku(s) on the transaction does not fit the rebate(s): Manuf.Code = 1015120 and Item Name = $20 rebate on purchase of PEAK® 900 PEAK AMPS Jumpstarter (PKCOAZ)"

Anyone have success?

that's why i hate rebates. I have not heard from them nor do i ever expect to. Looks like a $50.00 charger for me. Unless i return it and say it was an xmas gift the receiver did not want. Doubt that'll work. It did jump my ma's park av. The other day. Wasn't dead but would not turn over. Jump starter did work. May need to jump it again tomorrow when i drive it.
Not sure if the battery level works. Always flashes fl. Whether i plug it in or just pressing the button.

I have this unit and it stopped accepting a charge after the 1st use.
I did the standard 36 hour first charge, it worked beautifully to jump my Nissan Quest, and then I went to charge it back to 100% and it would not respond to charging input whatsoever.
