Noob Q: I was given one of these for Christmas. Obviously it's not the one with the AC plug, but is there any way I can rig it to power my electronics without buying an inverter, or is that my only option? The inverter would end up costing more than the jump starter.

If, u can wipe the unit down and still have the box and manual, u can return it. I kinda think..they go past 30-60 days. Try a different stores, if rejected. say, its not of any useand you dont want to have it for no reason,

The unit failed again on saturday, recharged it again for about 6 hours tried it again sunday, NADA. Exchanged it for another. Hopefully this time it will work. The indicator always says full or 99%.
Total waste of money. Did get my rebate yesterday. So, that's good. Will try again saturday if my ma's car battery is weak.
