Prize: One (1) prize ("Prize") consisting of a 4 day / 3 night trip for two (2) to Aspen, Colorado ("Location"), including passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, held June 14-16, 2013. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $4,999, depending on winner's primary residence and fares at time of departure. Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to and from a major commercial airport in the United States near the winner's primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; a 4 day/3 night stay (one double occupancy standard room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; and two (2) passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen ("Event"). Due to airline schedules, if air transportation terminates at Denver, CO, at its sole discretion, Sponsor may elect to provide roundtrip bus transportation (or another form of transportation) from the Denver airport to the Location. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation other than that mentioned herein, meals, entertainment, insurance, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and travel companion. If actual value of Prize is lower than the stated ARV when Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if winner lives within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Location at Sponsor's discretion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and travel companion must travel on same dates and itinerary, scheduled for Thursday, June 13th-Sunday, June 16th, 2013 but subject to change by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsor and/or Sponsor's agent. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
