Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Daylight Savings Time on April 9, 2012, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on December 31, 2012.
Open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are 18 years or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or the District of Columbia where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority) and legal residents of any of the fifty 50 United States or the District of Columbia, except Florida, New York, and Rhode Island.

Limit: One entry per person regardless of entry method used.
PRIZE: One 2012 or 2013 Chevrolet vehicle will be awarded. Winner may select a vehicle of winner's choice with a MSRP of $26,000 or less.
Winner shall be solely responsible for license, title, insurance and registration fees or other costs, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs, associated with winning and subsequent use of vehicle. All options and upgrades on vehicle which increase the MSRP over $26,000 are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner must pick up vehicle at participating Chevrolet dealership near his/her residence, as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of vehicle; delivery is subject to availability. Winner must personally retrieve vehicle within (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance. Depiction of vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered. Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability in conjunction with such differences between depicted vehicle and actual vehicle. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $26,000.
