Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 6, 2012 and ends at 4:59:59 PM ET on December 9, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 13 years or older on the date of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per Facebook account. Entries must be made only by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual Entrant. Use of any automated system or use of multiple accounts to participate including robotic or form filling software to participate or enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all Entries by anyone using such assistance. If it is discovered that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, or multiple identities, all of the Entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize an Entrant might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Multiple Facebook accounts linked to the same Entrant will be the basis for the Sponsor to disqualify an Entrant.
There are a total of four (4) Entry Periods as stated herein. Four (4) Random Drawings will be conducted to select three hundred (300) winners from among all eligible Entries received in each of the corresponding Entry Periods. A total of one thousand two hundred (1,200) Prize Winners will be selected from among all four (4) Random Drawings. Eligible Entries received during previous Entry Periods and not selected in previous Random Drawings will be included in subsequent Random Drawings.

ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) PRIZES: Each prize consists of one (1) eos Pomegranate Raspberry Smooth Sphere Lip Balms. The approximate retail value of each prize: $3.50.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,200. Limit one (1) prize per household. Prizes will be delivered within four (4) to six (6) weeks from date of Random Drawing.
