Praise.com's "12 Days of Praise Gift Giveaway" sweepstakes is open to residents of the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Praise.com, Inc. or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. How to Enter:

As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 12/18/12 through 12/31/12. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by Praise.com, and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest, for future offers and Praise.com-related updates. Limit one entry per person/email address per day irrespective of the method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person/e-mail address after the first entry received from that person/email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process are void
