Random Drawings: One (1) Entry Period Prize Winner [four (4) total] will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the Wednesday after each Entry Period's end date (12/19/12, 12/26/12, 1/2/13 and 1/9/13), from among all eligible entries received by the end date of the corresponding Entry Period.
Entry Period Prize (4 total): A $500 check, made payable to the winner to be used toward the item on his/her wish list. Limit one prize per person per household.
Prize winners may be notified by phone/email/mail and may have to confirm their mailing addresses within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
