Timing: begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on December 7, 2012 (the “Start Time”) and ends at 12:00 p.m. EDT on January 18, 2013’
Eligible Entrants who enter between the Start Time and 12:00:00 p.m. EDT on January 4, 2012 will be automatically entered into the drawings for the Grand Prize and for the First Prizes. Eligible Entrants who enter between the 12:00:01 p.m. EDT on January 4, 2012 and the End Time will be automatically entered into the drawings for the First Prizes, but not for the Grand Prize.
Limit: Entrants may not submit more than one (1) entry.
Eligibility: open only to U.S. citizens, or lawful permanent U.S. residents who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or age of majority

Prizes:
The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) travel companion) to Los Angeles, California to attend the premiere of “THE LAST STAND.” The trip includes: (i) round trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one [1] room, double occupancy); (iii) two (2) tickets to the world premiere screening of the film “THE LAST STAND” for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion, currently scheduled to take place on January 14, 2013 (the “Premiere”); and (iv) ground transportation for the Grand Prize winner and travel companion between the hotel and the Premiere and between the hotel and the Los Angeles International Airport. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.
Eight (8) “First Prizes” shall be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each First Prize shall consist of: one (1) “THE LAST STAND” t-shirt and one (1) “THE LAST STAND” poster. The ARV of each First Prize is $35.00.
