Toys"R"Us "Movies Scavenger Hunt" Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game ("Promotion") begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 16, 2013.

Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.
Limit of one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry for downloading the mobile app per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.
Limit of one (1) Instant Win Game Play per person, per email address, per cellular phone number, per day.

INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: There will be a total of One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) Instant Win Prizes available throughout the Promotion Period, as detailed below.

One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) Toys"R"Us Towers 40 Toy Dollars will be awarded. Limit of one (1) per winner. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $5.00.

Three Hundred (300) Toys"R"Us Movies $25 Gift Cards will be awarded. Limit of one (1) per winner. The ARV of each prize is $25.00.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a Nine (9) day/Eight (8) night Adventures by Disney trip for two (2) (winner and guest) to Scotland. The trip will include the following:

Roundtrip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner's legal U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor) to an Edinburgh, Scotland area airport (as selected by Sponsor);
Hotel accommodations during the Trip (one standard room/quad occupancy) consisting of:
Three (3) nights at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh;
Two (2) nights at the Cuillin Hills Hotel in Isle of Sky;
Three (3) nights at The Kingsclub & Spa Hotel in Inverness
Participation in a guided group travel experience with up to forty four (44) guests total ("Travel Party");
Services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Travel Party;
Transportation within the land package;
Services of local experts;
On-tour luggage handling;
Gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff;
Scheduled meals;
Entertainment and activities expressly included in the Trip;
Travel taxes associated with the Trip;
Activities including horseback riding, archery and bike riding.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize Package is $11,698.00

Total ARV of all Promotion Prizes is $25,198.00.
