Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 pm EDT on December 11, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm EDT on January 26, 2013.
open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding residents of Delaware or Quebec (the "Territory"), who are 18 or over as of the date of entry.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times on a given day will be disqualified. On-line entries must be manually key-stroked.
PRIZE: One (1) prize (the "Grand Prize") with a retail value of Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars ($3,238.00), consisting of the following:
• One (1) double occupancy hotel rooms for four (4) nights at Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii from February 27, 2013 to March 3, 2013. Retail value: $1,088.00.
• Two (2) round-trip flights from any U.S. city serviced by Hawaiian Airlines to Honolulu Airport. In-bound flight departs February 27, 2013 and return flight departs March 3, 2013. Estimated retail value: $1,200.00.
• Two (2) 4-day Sage tickets to Wanderlust O'ahu. Retail value: $950 each.
Only the prizes specified will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specifically provided for in the Grand Prize, including meals, ground transportation, and transportation to or from a United States airport serviced by Hawaiian Airlines.
