Jeep® X Games Avalanche Scramble Sweepstakes ~ 1/1/13 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on 12/19/12 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends 1/1/13 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. States and the District of Columbia who, as of the date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. An Entrant may use only one (1) Facebook ID to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants attempting to use multiple Facebook IDs may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

On or about 1/2/13, the Promotion Administrator will randomly select three (3) entries from among all of the eligible entries received. The Entrants who submitted the entries will be deemed the winners of the Trip Prizes. Mercury P&F will notify the Trip Prize Winners by email at the email address provided on the registration form on or about 1/3/13.

TRIP PRIZE (3): Each Trip Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the X Games Aspen 2013 to be held in Aspen, CO, on 1/24/13, consisting of:
- round-trip coach airfare for two departing from the major airport nearest the Trip Prize Winner's residence on 1/24/13 and returning to the same airport on 1/27/13;
- four (4) days/three (3) nights 4-star hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double room) at a hotel in Aspen, CO, designated by Sponsor;
- round-trip ground transfers between the airport and hotel; and
- a one thousand two hundred fifty dollar ($1,250) Visa® Pre-Paid Card ("Card").

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Trip Prize: $12,072. Total ARV of all Trip Prizes: $36,216. Trip must be taken on exact dates specified. Prize Limit : Only one (1) Trip Prize will be awarded per Entrant or household regardless of Facebook ID used during the Promotion.

GIVEAWAY EVENT: The random drawing for the Giveaway Prize will occur in Aspen, CO, on 1/25/13. Upon arrival and registration at the Sponsor-designated hotel, each Trip Prize Winner will receive instructions as to the date, time and location at which they must appear in order to participate in the random drawing for the Giveaway Prize. At the Giveaway Event, the Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing among the three (3) Trip Prize Winners to select the order in which the Trip Prize Winners will have the opportunity to choose a Giveaway Prize key to try to start the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition on display at the Giveaway Event. The first randomly selected Trip Prize Winner will then use his/her Key to attempt to start the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition on display. If the vehicle does not start, the next Trip Prize Winner will then use his/her Key to attempt to start the vehicle. The Trip Prize Winner whose Key successfully starts the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition will be deemed to be the winner of the Giveaway Prize and will receive the Giveaway Prize of a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition (subject to verification and compliance with the terms and conditions below). Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): approximately $44,525.

It is each Trip Prize Winner's responsibility to present him/herself, promptly and in accordance with the provided instructions, to the Promotion Administrator or s/he may forfeit his/her opportunity to participate in the Giveaway Event, without any further responsibility or liability on the part of the Promotion Entities. In no event will more than one (1) Giveaway Prize be awarded. In the event of technical, mechanical or other difficulties that may interfere with or disrupt the selection of the Giveaway Prize Winner, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to conduct a random drawing among the Trip Prize Winners present at the Giveaway Event to award the Giveaway Prize.

Giveaway Prize Winner is solely responsible for vehicle registration, license, title, tags, taxes, emission fees and insurance fees and for all costs and expenses, e.g., all federal, state and local sales, luxury, use or other taxes, vehicle maintenance and insurances costs. Giveaway Prize Winner must take delivery of the Giveaway Prize, at his/her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the Giveaway Prize, from Sponsor at a Jeep dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to the Giveaway Prize Winner's residence, or the Giveaway Prize may be forfeited. The Giveaway Prize Winner must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance in order to take delivery of the Giveaway Prize or the Giveaway Prize may be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing to determine which of the other two (2) Trip Prize Winners will be deemed the Giveaway Prize Winner, subject to verification and compliance with the above terms and conditions. The Giveaway Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Trip Prize as stated above and the actual retail value of the Giveaway Prize. The Prize awarded may differ from the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4x4 on display at the X Games Aspen 2013 or shown in promotional material. Giveaway Prize color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Giveaway Prize may not be redeemed for cash, nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value.
