begins on January 3rd, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 17th, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Open only to legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are thirteen (13) years old or older as of time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) $1000 Marshalls gift card (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1000).

Runner-Up Prizes: Up to twenty-five (25) runner-up prizes are available. Up to ten (10) runner-up winners will receive one (1) $100 Marshalls gift card (ARV $100) and up to fifteen (15) runner-up winners will receive a product prize with an ARV of $100 to $150 (such prizes may include a leather handbag, cashmere gloves and a scarf or luxury creams and perfume).
