During each Entry Period, the top 20 Entries with the highest number of votes received for that Entry Period will be judged by Clay Matthews based on the following judging criteria: Fan passion and enthusiasm as expressed in comment (50%); Factual accuracy and subject matter expertise associated with comment (40%); and thorough and robust nature of comment (10%) to determine that Entry Periods "Clay Pick" winner.
An Entrant may only be a "Clay Pick" winner and a "Popular Vote" winner no more than one time each during the Contest Period.

Contest Grand Prize And ARV: 1 Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one guest to New Orleans, LA from 1/31/2013 through 2/4/2013, to attend Super Bowl XLVII. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, 4-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a pair of tickets to the game, transportation to and from the airport/hotels and game/hotel plus winner will receive a $1,000 check. (Estimated ARV of prize is $7,150; actual ARV of trip depends on location of Grand Prize winner and airfares at time of departure). If the Grand Prize winner lives within a 250-mile radius of New Orleans, LA (in Sponsor's sole discretion) winner will receive $500 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding Super Bowl XLVII, which are subject to change.
