begins on December 20, 2012 at 6:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on January 9, 2013 at 8:59 pm PT
open only to legal United States residents residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or Washington D.C. and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry (“Entrantâ€). Additionally, the Grand Prize winner must be available to travel from January 17, 2013 â€" January 21, 2013. Void in Alaska, Hawaii
Limit of one (1) entry per person and/or email address during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry
PRIZE (1 Total): One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of: one (1) four (4) day / three (3) night trip (the “Tripâ€) for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion (“Guestâ€) to Park City, UT. The Trip consists of: A.) three (3) nights luxury ski-in/ski-out lodge accommodations (one bedroom suite, double occupancy) in Park City, UT; B.) Roundtrip economy-class air travel for the winner and Guest from the major metropolitan airport in the U.S. nearest winner’s residence to Salt Lake City, UT, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (airfare provided only if winner does not reside within 250 miles of Salt Lake City, UT); C.) two (2) passes to the premiere of History of the Eagles Part 1 and the post screening Q&A session, (collectively, the “History of the Eagles Eventâ€) at the Sundance Festival in Park City, UT; D.) two(2) passes to the premiere of Sound City, and the Sound City Players concert at Park City Live (collectively the “Sound City Eventâ€) at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT; and E.) Sponsor selected local ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARVâ€) of the Grand Prize: $4,010.00. Alternatively, in lieu of the Trip, the Grand Prize winner can opt to receive $3,000 cash in full satisfaction of the Grand Prize.
