PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) travel companions to Naples, Florida on a sponsor-selected carrier between a sponsor selected major metropolitan airport near the winner's residence and Southwest Florida International Airport; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between Southwest Florida International Airport to LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort; hotel accommodations (one standard room, quad occupancy, including room tax) at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, Florida for seven (7) nights; and breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily at specified LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort restaurants. ARV: $15,400.

Watch the "Live! with Kelly and Michael" television program each weekday for the question that will appear during the second half of each show's broadcast, then enter the answer on the entry form. You must complete all entry fields in addition to submitting the correct answer for that show day each time you enter to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
DAILY ENTRY PERIOD: Each show day's entry must be received between 9:45 a.m. ET and 11:59 p.m. ET that same day.
ENTRY LIMIT: One (1) entry per person per email address per show day.
ELIGIBILITY: Permanent legal residents who are physically located and legally residing in one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of December 17, 2012. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and Quebec.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The winner will be notified by telephone between Monday, January 14, 2013 and Friday, January 18, 2013. If contact with the winner is not made within one week (7 days), the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected from the remaining valid entries from the same entry pool.
The winner must take the trip on sponsor-selected dates between 2013 and 2014, or the trip will be forfeited in its entirety.
The winner must decide on the timing of the trip within three (3) months of the drawing date.
If any of the winner's companions is a minor, the winner must be such companion's parent or legal guardian.
The winner and companions must travel together on the same itinerary, and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID.
The Daily Question and Answer will be posted here each weekday morning after 10:00 a.m. ET
