open to persons who are: (a) Registered Users; (b) legal residents of the United States; and (c) 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes.
Prize: The Sweepstakes shall award one (1) prize ("Prize") that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip for winner ("Prize Winner") and one (1) guest to Austin, TX, plus admission for two (2) to a Keane Performance (the "Event") to take place on January 17, 2013 at the Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater. Trip consists of two (2) round- trip coach airline tickets on SouthWest Airlines from a single major U.S. gateway airport, which is also a major SouthWest Airlines hub, nearest to Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), to Austin, TX, ground transportation to and from the airport in Austin, Texas and to and from the event, depending on location of hotel, and one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights.
Approximate retail value of the Prize is Two Thousand Dollars (US$2,000.00).
