Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 28, 2012, and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age by March 31, 2013.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Day. Entries received on one Sweepstakes Day do not carry over to any subsequent Sweepstakes Day, so be sure to submit an entry each Sweepstakes Day for a chance to win that Sweepstakes Day's Daily Prize. All entries by an entrant for the Daily Prize will be automatically entered into the Weekly, Monthly, First, Second, Third and Grand Prize drawings.
There will be six (6) separate daily drawings in the Sweepstakes, six (6) weekly drawings, six (6) monthly drawings, and a final grand, first, second and third prize drawings.
PRIZES:
On each Sweepstakes Day, six (6) Daily Prize winners will be selected to win that day's prize. The Daily Prizes are remote control skins. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $6.00). Total "ARV" of all Daily Prizes: $3,600.
Weekly Prize Winners will be selected to win that week's prize. The Weekly Prizes are TiVo Slide Remote Controls. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $40.00). Total "ARV" for all Weekly Prizes $2,880.
Monthly Prizes Winners will be selected to win that month's prize. The Monthly Prizes are DVD Collections from HBO® and Starz Media®. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $40.00 to $199.00). Total "ARV" for all Monthly Prizes $1,700.00.
One (1) Grand Prize available in this Sweepstakes, which is a 47" Flat screen Samsung HDTV. (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $800).
One (1) First Prize winner will receive Hallmark Channel Gift Basket (ARV: $500).
Ten (10) Second Prize winners will receive an Apple ® iPad 32GB (ARV: $499).
One (1) Third Prize winner will receive Music Choice Daughtry Autographed Guitar (ARV: $350).
Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is: $14,820.00.
