Can I return items purchased online to the store?
Yes. You will need your invoice with in-store barcode. You do not need the bags. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.

What is the time window for making a Price Adjustment (PA) ?
In-store, it is 14 days from the date on your receipt. For online orders, it is 14 days from when your order ships
Express has a one-time-PA policy, meaning you can not request another PA even when price drops further during the PA period.

What happens when I exceed the limit on the Express CC?
If you have already reached the limit, it will not let you click "submit order" (unlike Victoria's Secret). However, if your card meets it's limit during processing, they will attempt to reach you 3 times via phone or email to secure another form of payment. After 3 attempts to contact you without success, they will cancel your order.

My ExpressNEXT points aren't showing points from my purchases OR someone else's returns are showing up on my account (!), what do I do?
Call their Customer Relations Line at 1-614-474-8864 (This number has never worked for me, just rings and rings - PP). Press option 1, then 2. They are available Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6:30 (EST)

When using a reward, is the value of the reward divided up among the items in your purchase?
Yes they are, regardless of whether you order online or use in-store. It's best to use a reward on items you are sure you're going to keep. One way to go would be to buy what you want online, confirm you want to keep it and then go to the store and return/rebuy what you want with your reward. YMMV.
