Really? I thought VS has terrible CS. I've argued with them sooooooooo many times and they've refused to give me refunds before. And made fun of me for calling in about refunding the difference between what I paid and what I was refunded. This was back when we still had to mail in our returns ourselves! I hate talking to their CS!

I've asked VS to cancel an order in the past and they just said there's nothing they can do once it hits "Processed" While it's "In Process" (< 5min~) they can add codes, but that's it.

Ohhh noooo. How could they treat VIP like that? Did you use their return labels? I've always returned stuffs without their labels to avoid the hassle and get the exact amount back.

I paid my own, but when I have big huge boxes, it was worth it. That and many-a-other things is why I've stopped shopping VS so much. They just don't give a crap. I only really shop there now during SRC season or if something I know will go OOS

I placed two glitch orders. One worked, one didn't.

After 40 minutes on the phone, I got a supervisor to apply the coupon on my second order, since it worked on the first and they were placed literally about 30 seconds apart. I used rewards on both. I'm so glad that I didn't lose my reward. The first lady I talked to said I had lost my reward...

Phew...I'm glad that worked out. That was certainly a close call...

I'm not sure how much I'm going to toy with this overlap anymore after that experience...

I got the lace jacket too. I'd possibly wear that more, but the lapel on mine was folded wrong so I'll have to try to iron it if I want to keep it. I'm realizing I like the jackets that overlap in the front more and that those tend to have 2 buttons (like the teal herringbone one). I don't think I like the look of my shirt peaking out from the bottom of the jacket. True- they're not supposed to be form fitting. I need the teal herringbone skirt, what size did they have? That is very sweet of you to offer

Thanks, and no worries. I bought it Someone linked to an Amazon review about how you could still use your old polish in b/w the layers and how to do decals (I have a stamping set)... but I'd probably buy a few staple gel colors for the best outcome. I never paint my fingernails EVER, so I'm excited about this option

good thing I got the teal herringbone skirt in a 2 and pants in 0. The other way around probably wouldn't fit.

Tried corset skirt in black, 0. It's hot, but I could barely breathe. I think it looks better... But I better stick to the 2 in that one. the welt pocket in 0 was perfect tho. I'm keeping it in green!

I'll check if they have your skirt in 0 or 2 next time I'm there. I got it in 2 there.. They must not have had 0 bc I would have grabbed it.

And I'm thinking I should have done the sizing the other way and then had the pants taken in at the legs, but I guess trying to achieve the perfect fit is a lot to ask of the cheap tailors I've used. Guess I'll just avoid gassy mexican food and beers when wearing those pants

Well, I mean jackets like this where she has her shirt tucked in, but you can see the blue on the bottom. I feel like it takes a little away from the sleekness, but I know I'm just being picky.

that corset skirt! Did you get it in tweed too? Like Alvs, I'm returning the lighter color. That welt one seems like another winner for skirts.
