You don't know how much I hate talking on the phone. I call my sisters on occasion, because it's the right thing to do. Other than that, I talk to my DH & DS, when necessary. A $3.00 box of cereal isn't worth it to me. I really wish I was one of those people who liked to talk on the phone, but I really detest it. I have been known to talk non-stop in person though.
That is weird. Glad you got it resolved! I am pretty sure back in Sept the return addy was the same as for Zappos. This could be a case of different people saying different things--like for VS I called in and they told me there was a new address for redeeming merch credits on online orders (back when they sent those things out) and all merch credits needed to be sent there or else, but people on SD were still using the older address succesfully

Don't feel bad about the cereal. We bought rice at Costco and it had worms in it. Somehow we didn't notice either because it's an almost see through bag

DH just picked up some of the Cinnamon & Almonds Raisin Bran at Publix grocery store. I had him open it, before he bought it. It was fine. We won't be buying Raisin Bran Crunch again anytime soon.
It would be hard to tell there were white worms in rice. I can see how you'd miss that. It's really gross, when you do find them.
