At least it was kind of a slow-motion fall, so I didn't really hurt anything but my dignity.
Speaking of which, I slept great last night. If this keeps up for another few weeks, I'm asking the doctor to reduce my dosage of A/D. And that's a GOOD thing.

i) shingles (not me, not now, thankfully that was 25 years ago)
ii) sciatica (yup, that's me, right now)
Fortunately, it's a relatively mild case, and aspirin is helping. I aggravated my left lower back swapping the TV sets last week, and although there's no direct back pain, there's extremely uncomfortable and quite annoying pain all the way down my left leg, especially when I'm sitting.
