VISA PREPAID 2013 TAX SWEEPSTAKES FOR REFUND LOAD
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on January 1, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on April 15, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of January 1, 2013 who are physically located and reside in the United State or District of Columbia.
There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: Automatic entry and U.S. Mail.
1) Automatic Entry: Consumers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when they select to have their 2012 federal income tax refund loaded onto their eligible participating Visa Prepaid card or Visa Payroll card during the Promotion Period. (see rules for details)
2) U.S. Mail: To enter without purchase, use of a Visa Prepaid card or Visa Payroll card, load of a federal income tax refund or other obligation by U.S. Mail: Hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area codes) on a 3" x 5" card, and mail, in a #10 envelope with postage affixed, to: Visa Prepaid 2013 Tax Sweepstakes for Refund Load, P.O. Box 706, Plainview, NY 11803-0706. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 15, 2013 and received by April 22, 2013 in order to be eligible. Enter as often as you wish; however, each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate postmarked-and-stamped envelope.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 30, 2013 from among all eligible automatic and mail-in entries received and combined. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight or U.S. Mail and/or telephone or email on or about June 6, 2013.
One (1) Grand Prize: Groceries for a year to be awarded in the form of a $12,000 check. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $12,000.
