Timing: begins on January 2, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. ET

Limit: one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY ("NY"), consisting of:
round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights nearest to the prize winner's place of residence to a New York area airport;
hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor;
$1,500.00 in spending money in the form of gift card(s); and,
ground transportation between the NY airport to the hotel and the hotel to the NY airport on the return trip home.

If the prize winner's primary residence is within 100 miles of NY, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation and airport transfers with a car service or other ground transportation to the hotel. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a guest chaperone or the winner's parent or legal guardian must provide written permission for another adult age 21 or older to accompany the prize winner as a guest chaperone. If the prize winner is over the age of majority in his/her state of residence and the intended accompanying guest is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the guest must: (a) accompany prize winner and guest on the entire trip as a chaperone; or (b) provide written permission for another adult age 21 or older to accompany the prize winner and guest as a chaperone. Either option shall be at the sole expense of such guest's parent or legal guardian. All chaperones and chaperone arrangements are subject to Sponsor's approval. All additional expenses associated with the Grand Prize including but not limited to incidentals, meals, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, unless otherwise set forth in the Official Rules.
The trip must take place before March 31, 2013. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and to substitute any or all of these portions of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value should they become unavailable or impractical for any reason.
