begins at 12:01AM U.S. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 2, 2013 and ends at 11:59PM ET on January 25, 2013

Entrants may enter any time during the Sweepstakes Period

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
A. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of 13 pairs of Saucony footwear of the Entrants choice which shall be provided one pair per month and one (1) Garmin Forerunner 410 watch. The prize winner agrees that he/she must supply to the Sponsor the type of footwear, the size and the location to where it should be sent no later than the 3rd day of every month.
The prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash alternatives are available to the winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Total ARV for all prizes is approximately $1,250.
