1. HOW TO PLAY: Beginning at 12:00 am ET on January 3, 2013 through April 2, 2013 (the "Promotion Period") visit www.allmorningchallenge.com where you will be asked to provide your name and email address and, in 140 characters or less, answer the following "Tell us what you did all morning when you ate belVita breakfast biscuits" or select a response from those available on the website and then you will receive a message stating whether you are a potential prize winner (subject to verification). If a winning message is received, potential prize winner must follow the onscreen instructions to claim the prize. Limit one game play per email address/person per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of January 3, 2013, except for employees of Mondelēz Global LLC ("Sponsor"), Promotions.com, LLC ("Judges"), their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs) AND ODDS: Ninety (90) Grand Prizes (1 per day): a $100 cash card and a coupon redeemable for one free 8.8 oz. box of belVita up to a maximum value of $3.69. ARV: $103.69. Nine thousand (9,000) First Prizes (100 per day): a coupon redeemable for one free 8.8 oz. box of belVita up to a maximum value of $3.69. ARV: $3.69. Cash cards are subject to terms and conditions of issuer. Total approximate value of all prizes is $42,542.10. All daily winners only will also receive the opportunity to share up to three coupons for $1.50 off the purchase of a belVita with their friends via the Tell-A-Friend functionality on the website. Limit one prize per email address/person per day. Limit one shared $1.50 coupon per email address/person. Odds of winning any daily prize depend upon number of game plays received each day. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

4. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Potential winners will be notified onscreen at the time of the win and must claim prize online at the time of the win. If any prize/prize notification is not acknowledged, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. By participating, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants are minors) accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prizes, winners (and their parents/legal guardians if winners are minors) agree to hold Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winners' names, likenesses (and biographical information) for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or late text messages, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network, wireless service, cellular tower or other connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any human error which may occur in the programming of this promotion. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule 3, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule 3. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning cell phone entrant, entries made by cell phone will be declared made by the name on the cell phone account. All federal and state laws apply.

5. WAIVER: By entering this promotion, participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.
