Promotion begins at 12:00:00 PM ET on September 9, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on December 31, 2013.
Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possessions). Entrants, as defined below, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE).

a. Access the Website and enter valid email address.
b. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your First Name & Last Name.
c. Click the check box agreeing to the Official Rules of the Promotion.
d. *Optional- click the check box to opt-in for VSP Envison monthly newsletter.
e. Click "Proceed to Play" to receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
f. The Entrant will then play the three (3) Time Crunch Games. Entrants will play to try to get the fastest time, as their time will decide their placement in the leaderboard and how many entries they will receive from that game play. The number of entries are as follows:
1. Positions 1 - 100 in the leaderboard will receive 5 entries
2. Positions 101 - 300 in the leaderboard will receive 3 entries
3. Positions 301 and higher will receive 1 entry
g. After completing the three games, the entrant will then be taken to a Congratulations page where they will be able to see their time, their rank on the leaderboard and share the Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, or e-mail and get an additional Entry for each share. Limit 10 shares/Additional Entries per day.
h. For additional entries Entrant can return to the beginning and play again.
After choosing how to share the Promotion, Entrant will have the opportunity to play the Instant Win Round by clicking on the "Play Instant Win Game" and completing the following steps: Play the Instant Win Round by following the on screen instructions; Entrant will be immediately notified onscreen if he/she is an Instant Winner. Limit three (3) instant win attempts per person per day.
Instant Win: Exactly one thousand one hundred fifty-four (1,154) Instant Prize Winners will receive an Instant Win Prize, consisting of one of the following items: eyeglass cleaning cloth, Designer Sunglasses, or Visa® Gift Card, decided by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Quantity of prizes & individual values to be awarded: 1000 Eyeglass Cleaning Cloths ($0.07 each), 150 Designer Sunglasses ($150 each), 4 Visa® Gift Cards ($200 each).
Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $23,370. Limit: One Instant Win Prize per person/household during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes: The randomly selected Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize: A vacation for two (2) to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands consisting of:
