Venetian and FIJI Water Sweepstakes ~ 2/28/13

Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2013.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

The potential Grand Prize, Runner Up Prize and Second Runner-Up Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about March 20, 2013 from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize, Runner Up Prize and Second Runner-Up Prize Winners will be notified within thirty (30) days of the drawing date via phone, e-mail or certified mail.

Prizes: There are exactly 52 prizes total available to be won in the Promotion as follows:

Exactly One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded a Grand Prize consisting of:
(i) four (4) $500.00USD gift cards which can be used for travel expenses incurred in connection with the Grand Prize;
(ii) two (2) nights stay for four (4) guests at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV in two (2) Bella Suites;
(iii) one (1) case of FIJI Water in each suite;
(iv) three-month FIJI Water Delivery Service subscription for each of the four (4) guests;
(v) limousine transportation for four (4) to and from McCarran International Airport and The Venetian;
(vi) dinner for four (4) with wine pairing at Pinot Brasserie at The Venetian in Las Vegas;
(vii) four (4) Yellow Section Tickets to "Rock of Ages" inside the Sands Theatre at The Venetian; and
(viii) full day spa passport for four (4) guests at Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian.
The approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $4,872.00 USD.

Exactly One (1) Runner Up Prize will be awarded. One (1) Runner Up Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded a Runner Up Prize consisting of:
(i)Two (2) $500.00USD gift cards which can be used for travel expenses incurred in connection with the Runner Up Prize;
(ii) two (2) nights stay for two (2) guests at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV in one (1) Venetian Luxury Suite (2) suite nights total);
(iii) one (1) case of FIJI Water in the suite; and
(iv) Limo Transportation for two (2) to/from McCarren International Airport.
The approximate retail value of Runner Up Prize is $1,688.00 USD.

Exactly 50 Second Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Fifty (50) Second Runner-Up Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, and awarded an Additional Runner-Up Prize consisting of either select FIJI gear (silver sleeves, bags, t-shirts, hats, etc.) or a one-month FIJI Water Delivery Service subscription, at SPONSOR'S discretion. The approximate retail value for each of these prizes is up to $50.00 USD.

The Grand Prize winner and the Runner Up Prize winner must arrange travel at least 60 days in advance and each winner and his/her travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. Any travel expenses which exceed the value of the USD Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The travel companions of the Grand Prize winner and Runner Up Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older and must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release.

The approximate retail value of ALL prizes available to be won in this Promotion is $9,060.00 USD.
