The entry must be submitted between 12:00:00 AM PST on January 17, 2013
("Contest Open Time") and 11:59:59 PM PST on February 13, 2013 ("Contest Close Time").
Any resident of the United States or Canada, 13 years of age or older is
eligible to participate in Roxy's Pin-to-Win: Roxy Outdoor Fitness Contest (the "Contest").
How to Enter: To enter, entrant must:
(i) Follow Roxy on Pinterest and complete the entry form located at www.Pinterest.c
(ii) Create a Pinterest board entitled, "My Outdoor Adventure" (the "Board") and re-pin
at least five (5) images from Roxy's "Pin-to-Win: Roxy Outdoor Fitness" board located at
www.pinterest.c
Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Pinterest account submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Pinterest account by Pinterest.
Prize: (i) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD), and (ii) one thousand dollar ($1,000.00 USD) of Roxy Outdoor Fitness clothing and/or gear.
