open to personals legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age
three (3) entrant pools, each an ("Entry Pool"), each with its own separate winner drawing and prize: (i) Eat Healthier Entry Pool; (ii) Be More Active Entry Pool; and (iii) Live Life to the Fullest Entry Pool, collectively the Get Your Good Going in the New Year Sweepstakes. Entrants can enter only one (1) of the three (3) Entry Pools. In addition, entrants will also be given the opportunity to provide their New Year resolution tips ("Tips").Posting a Tip is not a requirement of Sweepstakes entry. Entrant's posting of a Tip will not increase entrant's odds of becoming a Sweepstakes Winner.
There is a limit of a total of one (1) entry per person. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person.
Prizes: The Winners (hereinafter defined) will receive one (1) of the following prizes based on the Entry Pool they entered.
Eat Healthier Prize: The one (1) Winner will receive: (i) one top-brand blender, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $649; and (ii) one (1) top-brand slow juicer, with an ARV of $399, the ("Eat Healthier Prize"). The total ARV of the Eat Healthier Prize is $1,048.
Be More Active Prize: The one (1) Winner will receive: (i) one (1) portable mp3 music player, with an ARV of $299; and (ii) one (1) shoe store gift card, with an ARV of $300; and (iii) one (1) athletic apparel store gift card, with an ARV of $300, the ("Be More Active Prize"). The total ARV of the Be More Active Prize is $899.
Live Life to the Fullest Prize: The one (1) Winner will receive one (1) travel certificate valid only for travel arrangements booked directly with ARTA Travel (Non-refundable or transferable. No cash value. No cash back. The total ARV of the Live Life to the Fullest Prize is $1,000.
