This has been one the best best SCF series that I can remember. Two teams that are so evenly matched it's scary. It's too bad somebody has to lose.

I'm usually a big fan of any series going a full 7 games but I really hope the Hawks can wrap it up Monday night because I have to work afternoon shift on Wednesday and won't be able to watch if it goes to seven.

But yeah, it is a shame that either if these teams has to lose eventually. Maybe game seven could go into a few overtimes and I could get home in time to at least see the end. laugh out loud

Holy crap. That was an amazing finish to that game and series.

Well I guess I got my wish but I didn't even get to watch the game anyway. Ended up hanging out with family in town for a couple of days and we didn't get home until after the game ended. I got to see replays of the last two goals but what I really hate missing is the handshake and celebration afterward and all of the players lifting the Stanley Cup. To me that is the greatest moment in all of sports. I'm sure I will find a replay of it to watch but it won't be quite the same as watching the celebration live.

Congrats to the Blackhawks on a well-earned championship.

there is something about the cup.

Every time i see it on TV, I think of the time I actually got to touch it, on display in Madison, WI the day before Wisconsin played Michigan outside at camp randall stadium. made every second of the 75 minute wait to see the cup worth it nod

The playoffs, in general, were excellent this season. Nice way to end a season that started so infuriatingly (by not starting at all.) Not glad to see Chicago win, but was thoroughly entertained, and that's all I can ask.

Kane getting the Conn Smythe, though? smh

I don't understand Kane getting the Conn Smythe. Not worthy, IMO. It doesn't have to do to the winners.. hell Rask wouldn't have been a bad choice. But why not Sharp or someone else besides Kaner?
