I am a little confused here.. It only allows for you to submit your email address where it says "email me with news and updates" (no other form available) yet the rules say that they will contact the winner via email or phone.. and something about filling out an entry form.

So it looks like you have to actually go to their store in WA to use the prize. Or am I missing something?
