Breezy, Better product, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone
numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in
an envelope with proper postage to "CoverGirl Easy Breezy Better Sweepstakes," c/o
PO Box 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, Department #593145 . You will receive
one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing. You may only include one (1)
entry per envelope.
Prizes: ONE HUNDRED (100) GRAND PRIZES (awarded twenty-five (25) per Entry
Period): An assortment of CoverGirl cosmetic products (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value: $25.43 USD
