CAVIT GOURMET PIZZA CLASSIC 2013 SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES:

1. HOW TO ENTER:

FACEBOOK: The CAVIT GOURMET PIZZA CLASSIC 2013 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Palm Bay International Inc., and CAVIT (“Sponsors”),. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on JANUARY 1, 2013 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on MARCH 31, 2013 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (such period, the “Entry Period”). Online entries must have a Facebook account, which is free. A Facebook account can be obtained by going to www.facebook.com and entering information in the ‘Sign Up’ form on the first page. Facebook, located at www.facebook.com, is not affiliated with and does not endorse Sponsor or the Sweepstakes and is not subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Facebook accounts are governed by the Facebook privacy policy (http://www.facebook.com/policy.php). Once Entrant has a Facebook account, Entrant can go to [http://www.facebook.com/cavitwines] (the “Sweepstakes Site”) at any time during the Entry Period. All of the Sweepstakes information will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Sweepstakes period. To be eligible to participate, each entrant will need to click the “like” button, and then submit an official entry form, which may include, among other things, his/her name, address, e-mail address, age and related registration information as prompted (the “Official Entry Form”). Limit of one entry per person and per household. Duplicate entries from the same e-mail address/person/household will be automatically eliminated without notice to the entrant. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the Facebook account. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time, on MARCH 31, 2013, according to Sweepstakes Provider’s clock. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No entries will be acknowledged or returned.

ALTERNTATIVE ENTRY POINTS: Or to enter via mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for an official paper entry form (“Official Paper Entry Form”) to: CAVIT GOURMET PIZZA CLASSIC 2013 - 48 HARBOR PARK DRIVE, PORT WASHINGTON, NY 11050.

The only entries that will be considered as valid are those entered at the Entry Site or those received by Palm Bay on the Official Paper Entry Form prior to the expiration of the Entry Period. No entry will be accepted or deemed valid if it is submitted through any other means. ONLY ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 21 years of age to enter. This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States (excluding HI and UT) except for the following and their employees and their families: Palm Bay International Inc., CAVIT and their respective affiliates, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, beer, liquor and wine wholesalers and retailers and employees of any federal or state liquor authority. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting the prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs to redeem said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize.

3. PRIZES: A total of TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES will be awarded. There will be ONE (1) CAVIT GOURMET PIZZA CLASSIC RECIPE GRAND PRIZE WINNER and ONE (1) RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER. The prize will consist of A TRIP TO ITALY including: (i) round trip economy class air transportation (via carrier selected by the Sponsors) between major U.S. gateway city airport closest to the Grand Prize winner home and Italy, (ii) hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) for four (4) consecutive nights, (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport in Italy, (iv) transportation to and from activities that are arranged by Palm Bay - collectively, the “Prize”. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $4,999. Note: all other meals, gratuities, ground transfers, excursions, incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and their travel companion. All travel must be completed by 12/31/14 and is subject to blackout dates and availabilities for all elements of the Grand Prize travel. All travel must be booked 90 days prior to departure. No extensions will be allowed. Air tickets are not valid for frequent flyer mileage. Travel and lodging are subject to availability and certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Confirmed-space reservations will depend on seat availability at the time of request. Grand Prize winners and his or her travel companions will be required to provide valid Federal or state government issued ID at time of travel. Grand Prize winners and his or her travel companion will be required to travel on the same itinerary. No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of travel arrangements has been made. Sponsors are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prizes.
