Contest open to legal residents of the United States, void in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Contestants must be 19 years of age or older to win.
Contest shall commence January 28, 2013 and continue until midnight of February 6, 2013 ("the Contest Period").
This program allows Kingston Facebook fans to test the MobileLite Wireless product and provide feedback. Users will be asked to submit a short paragraph about how they would use the product and with what device. Beta testers will be chosen for their originality and/or the device they are using so that feedback can be collected from an array of devices. Contest will be open to U.S. residents only.

At the end of the contest period, Kingston will determine twenty-five (25) finalists and will email them letting them know they've been chosen. The voting period is February 7, 2013 through February 8, 2013. Twenty five (25) contest winners will be determined based on the most original use of the beta device.
No less than twenty five (25) Kingston prizes will be given away to participants in the contest. Prizes are as follows:
One (1) MobileLite Wireless – (insert appropriate dollar value)
By entering the Contest, you consent to the use of your name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning Submissions and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes by Kingston without additional compensation. As such, you hereby grant to Kingston a non-exclusive, fully transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license to use, adapt, edit, modify, publish, promote, reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform and make derivative works based on your Submission in any and all media as Kingston sees fit for any reason, to identify you as the author of the Submission and to authorize others to do any of the above without any obligation to compensate you.

You have been selected for our second round of beta testing of our MobileLite Wireless product.
We value your opinion about new products and if you are interested in participating, please reply to this email and confirm that you want to be a tester. If yes, we will use the mailing information you provided when you entered our contest in February.
As a beta test participant, you will be required to use the device and provide us with your feedback via an online survey by April 15, 2013. As a thank you for your time, you will be able to keep the product.
