Game begins January 3, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 3, 2014 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET.
Offered only to legal United States residents in the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands/Guam who are at least five (5) years old as of time of entry. Children under the age of 5 will be unable to register for the Game. Children under thirteen (13) years of age will also be unable to register for the Game and must provide his/her parent/legal guardian's e-mail address to be able to participate in the Game.

Entrant may register by logging on to the Site and entering the requested information including, an alphanumeric Flavor Code which is printed on the label of the participating Tum-E Yummies® product purchased by the Entrant.
If Entrant does not have a Flavor Code, Entrant may use the following complimentary Flavor Codes: R8S9W5Y2QQ, G6D8K4X9JK, and M6F3V4W7XT
If "NOCODE" is entered, the Entrant may only play for Level 1 in the Instant Win Game Prizes or the Entrant's current level prizing if the Entrant is above Level 1 prizing. By entering a Flavor Code, the Entrant will be able to play for an Instant Win Prize.
The first time an Entrant enters a Flavor Code, the Entrant may play for Level 1 and Level 2 Instant Win Game Prizes.
The Entrant may then come back on a different day, enter a Flavor Code from another Tum-E Yummies product that is different than the first Flavor Code he/she entered, and the Entrant may play for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Instant Win Game Prizes.
After entering the second Flavor Code, the Entrant may then come back again on another day, enter a Flavor Code that is from another Tum-E Yummies product and different than both the first and second Flavor Code entered, and the Entrant may play for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Instant Win Game Prizes.
A Flavor Code may only be used once per day during the Game. The five (5) different Tum-E Yummies product flavors that have unique Flavor Codes are: Orange-arific, Greentastic Apple, Very Berry Blue, Fruitabulous Punch, and Sour-ational Raspberry.
After registration, the Entrant will have the opportunity to play the "Yummie Race!" game. The "Yummie Race!" is for entertainment purposes only and will have no impact on the Entrant's chances of winning or not winning an Instant Win Game Prize. After playing or skipping the "Yummie Race!" game, the Entrant will receive a win/lose Instant Win Game message (the "Instant Win Game Play").
Regardless of the number of an Entrant's e-mail addresses, each Entrant may only enter the Game once per day.
During the Game Period, an Entrant may win only one (1) of each type of Instant Win Game Prize per prize level as noted in the grid below. Therefore, an Entrant may win up to four (4) different Instant Win Game Prizes during the entire Game Period. Entrant may only win no more than one (1) Instant Win Game Prize per day.
