PROMOTION PERIOD. The Quaker Instant-Win Game (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 7, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 9, 2013 ("Promotion Period").

HOW TO PLAY. Visit www.quakeroats.com/resolutionrewards, (the "Website"), during the Promotion Period, and follow the online instructions to play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize which will require you to enter three (3) UPC codes (each a "Promotion Code") from any Quaker product (a "Play"). To play without making a purchase, fill out the form found at this link to receive 3 one-time use codes to play the instant-win game. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address/household per day, regardless of participation method. If you receive a prize-winning message upon submitting your Play, you win an Instant-Win Prize (subject to verification). Instant-Win Prize winners will be determined by a random, time-based seeding process, conducted by an independent judging organization ("Judging Organization") whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. An instant-win prize will be made available within each 30 minute interval during the Promotion. A "day" is defined as the 24-hour time period between 12:00 a.m. ET and 11:59 p.m. ET; except the first day of the Promotion Period which will begin at 12:00 p.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. Sponsor and its agencies will not accept Plays that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or lost.
