commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on January 16, 2013
open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
Entrants are limited to one entry per person.
Grand Prize (1):
Only one Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Los Angeles, CA to attend the Picture's premiere screening and after party, if held (the "Event") on a date tentatively scheduled to take place sometime between January 22, 2013 and January 26, 2013. Travel dates subject to change. The trip includes: (a) round trip economy class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway of Sponsor's choice to Los Angeles, CA. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, (c) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at the Andaz West (or similar, as determined by Sponsor) in Hollywood, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls,
tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (d) daily breakfast for two, ) 2-hour Hollywood TMZ tour passes, (f) two (2) VIP tickets (each admitting one person) for one (1) show at the Laugh Factory, (g) two (2) tickets to attend the Event, and (h) $225 spending allowance for the Grand Prize Winner only (collectively, "Grand Prize").
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,100.00
