PUMA’s BioWeb VIP Training Experience Sweepstakes ~ 4/4/13 (Twitter or mail)
Sweepstakes starts on or around 12:01am (Eastern Time), on January 7, 2013 and ends at 11:59PM (Eastern Time) on April 4, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the continental United States, eighteen years (18) of age or older.
Each entrant must login to their respective Twitter account prior to entering the sweepstakes on http://bioweb.puma.com/.
For entry by mail, entrants must submit their first and last names, email, gender and zip code information on a 5” x 7” index card to:

Only one entry is allowed per person.
Between 12:01am (Eastern Time) on January 7, 2013 and 11:59PM (Eastern Time) on January 16, 2013, Sponsor shall select ten (10) first Prize Winners from all eligible entries received. On or about April 4, 2013 Sponsor shall select at random one (1) Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries received.
The selected Grand Prize Winner will receive a Grand Prize which will consist of the following: a VIP training experience with a PUMA athlete.
Two (2) round-trip coach class airfare tickets to Boston (approximate retail value $800 U.S.);
two (2) nights’ accommodations in Boston on or about Saturday June 22, 2013 and Sunday June 23, 2013 (approximate retail value $1,200 U.S.);
Ground transportation to and from airport to hotel (approximate retail value $200 U.S.); and
Twelve (12) PUMA athletic shoes (approximate retail value $1,200 U.S.).
TOTAL GRAND PRIZE ARV: $3,400. Unless the child of winner, the chosen travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Sponsor is not responsible if VIP training experience is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The ten (10) selected First Prize Winners will each receive a First Prize which consists of the following: one (1) pair of PUMA BioWeb Elite athletic shoes (approximate retail value $100 U.S.). TOTAL AVR FOR FIRST PRIZES: $1,000.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $4,400.
