General consensus: this price is suspiciously low; the seller has good ebay feedback, but starting today he's listed a number of items at very low prices. It's likely a scam and should be avoided.

No, the main purpose of these sellers are to steal your ID informations, such as your ebay ID, full name, address, phone number, and paypal email address.
Then these sellers either sell your ID or used them on other websites which has flaw security check. Don't be fooled by numerous positive feedbacks, especially in private mode.
