Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of participation.

How to Play the Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, you may purchase specially marked Brisk Iced Tea products (24oz cans, 12 packs of 16.9oz bottles, 12 packs of 12oz cans, 128 oz bottles, or 1L and 2L bottles) and 100% Natural Lipton Iced Tea products (12 packs of 16.9oz bottles, 20oz bottles, 64 oz bottles and 128 oz bottles) that contain a unique promotional code (the "Code"), while supplies last, from participating retailers. After obtaining a Code, you may enter using the following methods:

Online: www.gameonpromo.com After registering, you will enter your Code and select to play for either the Lipton Iced Tea prize pool or Brisk prize pool. By successfully registering for the Promotion and entering your Code or text messaging as explained below, you will receive one (1) instant win game play.

Text-Message: Text either "dance" for the Lipton Iced Tea prize pool or "game" for the Brisk prize pool to short code "87963". You will then be sent a follow up text message requesting you to reply with your email address. You must reply with your email address to receive one (1) Game Play. After your reply to the follow up message is received, you will be sent another text message identifying whether you are a potential Instant Prize Winner or not.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible Game Play received.
