Wendy's Wooden Award Vote Sweeps & Instant Win Game 3/17/13

Wendy's is letting fans vote for the John R. Wooden Award (basically the college basketball equivalent of the Heisman trophy) and is giving away a chance to win a trip to the awards ceremony in Los Angeles in April for all who vote.

Voting/entry is daily and users can also share the sweepstakes via Facebook & Twitter to gain bonus entries.

There also appears to be an in-store instant win game that will commence on 2/18/13.

1. Eligibility: Voice of the Fan Wooden AwardTM Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, Wendy's International, Inc. ("Wendy's") and its franchisees, ESPN Internet Ventures, Inc.("ESPN"), ePrize, Inc., The Los Angeles Athletic Club ("LAAC"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and an Instant Win game (the "Instant Win Game").

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), January 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, March 31, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the dates set forth in the chart below.

5. How to Enter:
A) Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Phase, visit www.woodenawardvote.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will then be prompted to cast your vote for The 2013 John R. Wooden Award® Men's Player of the Year. After submitting your vote, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Casting your vote for any particular player will not have any
bearing on winning the Sweepstakes prize. All votes received will be
aggregated into one vote for the 2013 Men's Player of the Year. Limit: 1
Sweepstakes entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Phase.
BONUS ENTRIES: There are 2 ways to earn additional bonus Sweepstakes
entries ("Bonus Entries"):
Twitter Bonus Entries: After you participate in the Sweepstakes, you can
earn up to 5 additional entries per day by Tweeting about the Sweepstakes
portion of the Promotion. You must be a member of Twitter before Tweeting
to be eligible for the bonus entries. A Twitter membership is free and is
available at www.twitter.com. Click on the Twitter button and follow the links
and instructions to share a link about the Voice of the Fan Wooden AwardTM
Sweepstakes with your Twitter followers using your Twitter account. You will
receive 1 additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each message, up to a
total of 5 additional entries per day during the Sweepstakes Phase.
Tell A Friend Program: After you participate in the Sweepstakes, you will be
invited to tell your Facebook friends about it via Facebook. Click on the
Facebook button and follow the links and instructions to share a link about
the Voice of the Fan Wooden AwardTM Sweepstakes on your Facebook wall. If
one of your eligible friends visits the Sweepstakes using your link and
participates, you will receive 1 additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a
total of 5 additional entries per day during the Sweepstakes Phase.
Limit: 10 Bonus Entries per day during the Sweepstakes Phase, regardless of
method or combination of methods of obtaining Bonus Entries.
B) Instant Win Game: You will need to obtain a 10-digit code ("Code") to play
the Instant Win Game. There are 5 ways to obtain a Code, each of which is
valid for 1 Instant Win Game play:
a. Visit a Wendy's Restaurant: During the Instant Win Game Phase, visit
a participating Wendy's® restaurant and purchase any, medium (30 oz.
cup), or large (40 oz. cup) size Coca-Cola® brand fountain drink and
receive a specially-marked beverage cup, while supplies last. Locate the
Code on the specially-marked cup. If you obtain a Code or Codes through
this method, each Code may only be used 1 time.
b. Facebook: During the Instant Win Game Phase, visit the Wendy's®
brand Facebook page (www.facebook.com/wendys) and locate a Code in a
post or status. If you obtain a Code or Codes through this method, each
Code may only be used 1 time.
c. Twitter: During the Instant Win Game Phase, watch for Codes in Tweets
from Wendy's. If you obtain a Code or Codes through this method, each
Code may only be used 1 time.
d. WendyMail™: During the Instant Win Game Phase, if you are signed up
to receive emails from Wendy's, you will be sent a Code in the
WendyMail™ email. If you obtain a Code or Codes through this method,
each Code may only be used 1 time.
