ELIGIBILITY: The KRIS Wine "Discover, Taste & Tell" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the United States and wherever else prohibited by law.
ENTRY: Between Monday, January 14, 2013 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and Sunday, March 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"),
Entries must be received during the weekly entry periods as described in the chart below to be eligible for that week's prizes. Non-winning entries will roll-over from week to week. Limit: One (1) entry per person per email address during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WEEKS / WEEKS ENTRY PERIODS ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY 12:00:01 AM PST ON 1/14/13 THROUGH 11:59:59 PM PST ON RANDOM DRAWING DATE ON/OR ABOUT / NUMBER OF SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AVAILABLE
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/ODDS: Fifty-Five (55) Wine Lovers Tasting Kits will be available to be won, five (5) for each week during the Sweepstakes Period as noted in the chart above. Each Wine Lover's Tasting Kit has an ARV of $65 and will include a KRIS branded wooden box, wine bottle opener, wine bottle stoppers with wine vacuum and wine glass markers. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $3,575.
Limit: One (1) prize per person.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: There are eleven (11) Weekly Drawings throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each week, five (5) Sweepstakes Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, in a random drawing as depicted in the chart below. Entries will roll over from week to week. Weekly Drawings will be conducted by US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.
Sweepstakes Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and requested to confirm their mailing address within 48 hours via return email. Prizes will be sent to the address on the entry form or a new address provided via email within 4-6 weeks of winner being verified. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.
